What this site gathers, how it's used, and what it avoids. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, a self-rated health level, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting service for rates and aren't kept here. No name, address, phone, or email required for quotes. Identical requests might be cached briefly to skip redundant calls.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your answers prefill a secure application on the carriers' platform, and their privacy terms apply from there on. Susman Insurance Agency (California License 0B75129) manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form needs your name, email, and optionally a phone number, plus how you want to hear back, a topic, and your message. It goes by email to the agency, with your email as the reply-to. This site doesn't keep copies, doesn't store submissions, doesn't log message content. A brief anti-abuse test runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Page views are tracked via first-party, cookieless measurement from this domain. No cookies or device identifiers are created; your IP address is partly masked before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; raw logs disappear after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't tracked.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share personal data, run ad trackers, or use third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform on the application page—and it only loads if you visit there.
